| 4 star self-catering holiday cottage in The New Forest Rhubarb Cottage is a very comfortable, completely modernised, three-bedroomed semi-detached Victorian holiday cottage in Lyndhurst, situated at the heart of the New Forest. It was built in the early years of the 20th century and the owners continue to enjoy the historical 'Commoner's Rights', allowing them to graze ponies, cattle and donkeys on the open forest!
The cottage has been awarded 4 stars by the English Tourist Board. It sleeps 6 people and has gas central heating throughout, a downstairs cloakroom and upstairs bathroom. The modernised kitchen leads out into the courtyard garden where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. House Martins nest under the eaves and Blue Tits raise their young in nest boxes on the cottage wall.
